Materials & labour
Coverage for eligible defects in the materials and workmanship used to build your home.
Building Experience
A custom home takes shape through many decisions. Start with what matters to you, and build a clear picture of the work ahead.

The building experience
Tell Matt how you want to live, where you are thinking of building, and what you have in mind. Plans, inspiration images, and a list of priorities are all useful starting points.
Bring the design, site considerations, and finish expectations into focus. Discuss the scope and budget together, including the choices that could affect cost or timing.
Questions and decisions come up as your home takes shape. You and Matt will settle on how you’ll stay in touch, review choices and handle any changes.
Walk through the finished home with Matt and list anything that still needs attention, along with how it will be taken care of. You’ll also go over how to care for your home and what your warranty covers.
If something needs attention after you move in, call Anfield. Keep your warranty documents handy too, since they set out the steps and deadlines for formal claims.

Quality control
Matt checks the quality of the work himself, looking past the first impression to the workmanship that makes a home feel well built.
Fit, alignment, finish, and the way adjoining materials come together all deserve attention.
When something isn’t right, it gets noticed, talked through and fixed, and then the fix gets checked.
Outstanding items are written down, along with how each one will be resolved. You and Matt agree on checks and handover details during planning.

Planning your home
Anfield is based in Raymond and builds custom homes in Lethbridge and across Southern Alberta. Building somewhere else? Tell Matt where, and he’ll let you know if it’s a fit.
Start with whatever you have: ideas, inspiration photos, a lot you’re considering or finished plans. Matt will help you work through the rest.
Every custom home is different. Your site, size, design and selections all shape the cost and the schedule, so Matt will talk through budget and timing for your build specifically.
Matt checks the workmanship himself and flags anything that needs attention. Before you start, you’ll agree on how checks and final touch-ups will be handled for your build.
Anfield uses the Alberta New Home Warranty Program, with coverage categories spanning one, two, five, and ten years. The applicable policy sets out the exact coverage, conditions, and exclusions.
After you move in
If you notice something, call or email Anfield. A short description and a few photos help Matt understand what you’re seeing.
Keep your warranty documents handy and follow the provider’s steps and deadlines for formal claims. A call to Anfield doesn’t count as notice under your policy.
